For more than 20 years, I’ve helped build some of the internet’s largest websites and consumer apps, and helped shape the growth of startups.
I’ve grown from hands-on engineering management to leading large engineering organizations that build iOS, Android, and web products, distributed backend services, cloud infrastructure, and data platforms. Across companies such as MediaFire, PlayStation, and Tinder, that work has brought together product development, quality engineering, and performance at scale.
I’ve built teams, turned teams around, and developed leaders. My approach is Servant Leadership: give people the context and support to work autonomously, and use my technical experience to dive deep with the team when needed.

We’ve been building AgentHangar to help companies and individual software engineers get more time back. Our focus is practical tools for more efficient engineering and agents that help manage everyday life, giving people more room to pursue what matters to them.

To explore how neural networks work, I implemented and trained CNNs and transformers from scratch. That curiosity also took me deep into the underlying math: statistics, calculus, and linear algebra.
